All Sales are Final – Returns will not be accepted for raw materials and for materials that have been milled to a product or customer specification. If a return is accepted, a minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply. Returns will not be accepted for custom fabricated products (i.e. tables,
mantels, shelves, doors, table bases).
Custom Products – A 30-day guarantee applies. Any potential fabrication defect will be determined by the RE staff. The customer is responsible for transporting any item we determine to be defective back to our shop for repair. Improper customer care will not warrant a defective status.
Payment Methods – We accept cash, check, bank ACH, debit cards and credit cards. A surcharge fee of 3.5% will be passed along to the customer for credit card transactions.
Reclaimed Materials are Imperfect - Wood is a natural product and will have imperfections providing the uniqueness that can only be found when utilizing this material for projects.
Customer Care – We use only the finest surface finishing products in the woodworking industry. However, liquid and heat will eventually and ultimately damage any wood surface.
The finishes we use are excellent at repelling liquids but are not liquid proof. Keeping a wood surface dry will ensure you will enjoy its beauty for a very long time.
